Debra Sutton began her career in Colorado as a clerk
for Chief Justice William Erickson of the Colorado Supreme
Court. She later joined the firm of Weller, Friedrich, Ward
and Andrew where she gained experience in a broad range of
areas, including products liability, construction, fraud and
arson, coverage and bad faith litigation. In 1993 she
formed Debra Sutton & Associates, P.C. an AV rated firm,
which prides itself in providing highly efficient,
result-oriented client service.
For 25 years, Ms. Sutton has focused on direct
representation of insurance companies in matters of coverage
and bad faith as well as third party liability claims,
including automobile, premises liability and construction
litigation. She has extensive trial experience and an
impressive record of success. Her appellate practice has
included cases in the Colorado Court of Appeals and the
Colorado Supreme Court.
