Kenneth G. Gulley graduated from Gonzaga Law School, cum
laude, in 1977. At Gonzaga, he was the Student Work Editor
and member of the Gonzaga Law Review. For the past 30 years
he has practiced in the areas of civil litigation including
construction, premise liability, personal injury and
products liability. He has been a partner in Downey &
Gulley, P.C., Gulley & Gaar, P.C., Gulley & Melonakis, P.A.
and Sutton & Gulley, P.A. Currently, Kenneth G. Gulley, P.C.
is a member of Sutton & Gulley—a professional association.
The present focus of Mr. Gulley’s practice is high-exposure
insurance subrogation consisting of fire, water and
product-caused losses. Mr. Gulley is a past president of the
Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, a member of the
Douglas-Elbert and Colorado bar associations, and involved
in the construction law and litigation sections of the
Colorado Bar Association.
